FFV Registration and Fee Payment

After expressing your interest to play with YJFC, you'll also need to register with FFV and pay club fees before you can play.

Saturday Program fees cover:
YJFC training top, coaching, equipment, administration costs.
You must provide: Boots and shin pads.

Team fees cover:
Full kit, coaching, FFV registration, awards, equipment, referees and administration costs.
Jerseys must be returned at the end of the season.
You must provide: Boots and shin pads
Replacement team apparel costs: Shorts $20, Socks $15

2017 YJFC fees can be paid by Credit Card.

Fee Refund Policy
The club committee considers that once a player has paid registration, they have made a commitment to play in a team at the Yarra Jets. The player’s place in the team will be held. If a player departs once training has begun, the club may be unable to replace that player in the squad thus leaving the team vulnerable during the season.
The club will aim to maintain full squads of at least 15 players for each team from U12 and over, and squads of 13 players for U11 Small Sided Football teams.
 
Prior to start of season
A player will receive the fee paid minus $150 to cover costs associated with registration, coaching and administration. Team jacket and any gear issued will be returned to the club.
 
Once the playing season starts (week 1)
No refund will be offered.
 
Hardship Policy
The club will make allowance for family tragedy or illness where it prevents the player from continuing at the club. Registration fees will be refunded minus $100 for FFV costs up to halfway through the season. If you require a payment plan due to a financial hardship or other support, please contact the Treasurer at treasurer@yarrajetsfc.org.au
 
Late season registrations
If a player enrols after the half-way mark of the season, as a squad replacement player, a 1/2 price registration fee will apply.
