2025 FV Registration and Fee Payment
Before you are eligible to play in 2025 you must:-
- Register with Football Victoria (FV) & pay the fee for each player via the PlayFootball registration process.
* Amounts shown may vary slightly from the above in the PlayFootball regsitration system as Football Victoria (FV) and Football Football ( FA) adjust based on age, gender, student status and player incentives. FA and FV have also increased their fees overall in 2025.
For the Returning Player Discount: On the payment page enter the code YJ-RP-2025 to claim a $25 discount.
Payment Method
2025 YJFC fees are payable by Credit Card via the PlayFootball registration process (see above). The PlayFootball system no longer allows Internet banking transfers.

Saturday Program fees cover:
YJFC training top, coaching, equipment, administration costs, GST.
You must provide: Shorts, Socks, Boots and Shin Pads
Team fees cover: GST, Coaching, FV registration, FFA registration, shirts, awards, equipment, ground rental, referees and administration costs.
You must provide: Black shorts, Black socks, Boots and Shin Pads
Note: shorts and socks can be purchased through the Online Shop.
Replacement team jersey costs: $37
Healthcare Card Process (for Junior players U8 to U18)
1) Register your player as per the PlayFootball process and pay the full fees on credit card.
2) Scan and send your healthcare card along with your bank account details to player-registrations@yarrajetsfc.com.au
3) Once reviewed your registration will be approved and you will be refunded $50 into your bank account.
Fee Refund Policy
The club committee considers that once a player has paid registration, they have made a commitment to play in a team at the Yarra Jets FC. The player’s place in the team will be held. If a player departs once training has begun, the club may be unable to replace that player in the squad thus leaving the team vulnerable during the season.
The club will aim to maintain full squads of at least 15 players for each team from U12 and over, and squads of 13 players for U11 Small Sided Football teams.
Leaving prior to start of season
A player will refunded the YJFC fee component minus Football Victoria (FV) & Football Australia (FA) amount to cover costs associated with registration, coaching and administration. Team jacket and any gear issued must be returned to the club.
Once the playing season starts (week 1)
No refund will be offered.
Payment Plans - for those that need it !!!
We understand that some players and families may have difficulty coming up with the full registration fees at the start of the season. For this reason we have introduced a staggered payment plan for those that want to take advantage of it. This is how it works:-
- Your initial registration fee will be made up of all the association (FA and FV) fees upfront along with a 1/4 of the Yarra Jets FC fees.
- When you do the registration select "Scheduled Payment" as a registration option.
- You will then only be charged via credit card the FA fee + FV fee + 1/4 of the Yarra Jets fees - once submitted the registration will then be approved by the club.
- The remaining 3/4 of your fees will then be paid by you directly into the club bank account in 3 monthly installments on 17th May, 17th June and 17th July.
- You will be reminded via email 7 days before a payment is due.
By accepting Scheduled Payments you are agreeing that you will accept the payment plan outlined above. Failure to pay an installment means you or your child will not be able to attend games until the payment is made.
Note: The club has a lot of fees to pay at the start of the season so we would like the families that really need this facility to use it, if you can afford to - please pay all your fees upfront.
Late season registrations
If a player enrols after the half-way mark of the season, as a squad replacement player, a 1/2 price of the Yarra Jets FC registration fee will apply. FA and FV fees will need to be paid in full.
